Go back to the previous version of Windows 10 If this version doesn’t work, try going back to the previous version.
Restore to previous build
What you need to know This process can take some time and you won’t be able to use your PC until it’s finished. Leave your PC plugged in and turned on. After restore: Some apps and programs will need to be reinstalled. Any changes made after installing the latest build will be lost. Have you backed up your user files? These are normally unaffected, but it’s a good idea to back them up.
