Check your internet connection. If your network is experiencing disruptions due to outside issues, like network congestion during peak times, you may need to look into getting a faster connection. Try disconnecting your Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds, then reconnecting it. Sign out of your Paramount+ account and then sign back in. Delete the Paramount+ app that you’re using from your device, and then re-download it and log in. Restart the device you are using.
The first thing to do if you’re seeing UVP 1011 is to restart your device and the app. If that doesn’t work, try clearing the cached data in the app. You can do this by following these steps: If you’re not aware of other devices that are streaming from your account, then it might be time to call up your family and friends (and maybe your exes) who might have access to your account to see if they’re using it.
