If you want to select another [Cell], just click that [Cell]. Alternatively, use the cursor keys on your keyboard to move to that [cell].
Select multiple cells
mouse drag
① Click the upper left of the cell you want to select (cell [B2] in this example) ② Drag it to the lower right of the cell you want to select (cell [D4] in this example).
Shift key + Cursor key
You can also select multiple cells by using the [Shift key] and [Cursor keys (←↑↓→)] on the keyboard. (1) Select the upper left cell (cell [B2] in this example). ).
Shift key + click
You can also select multiple cells using [Shift] and [Mouse Click]. ① Select the top left of the cell you want to select (cell [B2] in this example) ② While holding down the [Shift key], click the bottom right cell you want to select (cell [D2] in this example).
Select multiple discontinuous cells
(1) Select cell [B2] and (2) hold down the [Ctrl] key and click cell [D2].
