I have carefully selected the games that provide the most bang for your buck. I understand that not many people are too keen on spending a lot of money on video games especially on a mobile platform. I’m exactly the same; if a game is not going to give me a lot of value for my money, I would move on to a free to play game so that I don’t have to spend any money. Thankfully, there are a ton of different videogame companies that push out generally original and praiseworthy video games for the Android platform. Granted some of them are full on PC/console video games simply ported to the Android platform but that is something we could have only dreamt of back in the days. Note: The 10 best paid games for Android were tested on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone.

1. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Conclusion:

These were the 10 best paid games for Android and I hope that you enjoyed the list as much as I have playing the games. I completely understand that these games are extremely different from each other and one single person may not like them all. So I’ve included the variety of different genres into the games, however, puzzle seems to be a recurring one. The story line is great, the graphics are amazing but one of the biggest draws is the ability to do absolutely anything you want in the sandbox. Want to ride your bike till you are fit as a mule? You can do that. Want to race cars and win money? Sure that is also possible. This game will easily take up to 40 to 50 hours to complete, and that is without counting the time you spend on randomly going on killing sprees. Paid Version

2. Monument Valley

The gameplay may seem simplistic enough at the start but believe me it gets ramped up as you progress. This is one of the best puzzle games around for Android and I absolutely love how beautiful it looks. The art design is wonderful, the gameplay is top notch and most of all the music gives it a certain charm. This is a must have for anyone who loves puzzle games or want to flex their muscles a bit. 3. Minecraft: Pocket Edition

The complete freedom this games gives the players is astonishing, if you want to make a house you can make it with this game, same goes for a huge castle. There is even a survival mode that adds a bit of a haste to the gameplay. So, there is everything for everyone here. If you have kids and not enough money to purchase every Lego set there is, this is a great investment. The best thing is you will be able to play with them too online and that increases the replayability of the title. Paid Version

4. Bridge Constructor

The major goal of the game is getting a transport vehicle across rivers, canals and deep valleys. You’ll have a range of materials to build each individual bridge and how you manage that is totally up to you. The only thing limiting your creativity is the budget, just like real life you cannot spend a brick ton of money on a single bridge. So, this gameplay mechanic makes sense. Managing resources while building a stable bridge is one of the most rewarding gameplay mechanic I have ever played. Paid Version

5. Goat Simulator

You are a goat doing silly antics around an open area, the more damage you do, the more you’ll score. There is a ton of content to go through here and most of it is very interactive and fun. From kicking someone off a construction crane to smashing into a fuel station, there is a lot of fun to be had in this game. Paid Version

6. GTA: Chinatown Wars

The handling and the camera will take a little while for you to get used to, especially if you have never experienced a game like this before. But once you get the hang of it, the game truly shines and lets you pull off amazing stunts while elevating the cops. The story is engaging enough but the major draw of the game is running the drug business. I never thought I will say this but running drugs in GTA is a very addictive gameplay mechanic. Paid Version

7. Lara Croft GO

The first thing you notice about Lara Croft: Go are the stunningly beautiful graphics, the next thing you notice is the turn-based gameplay mechanic, which is also top-notch. There are more than 115 puzzles to solve that are divided among 7 chapters, you’ll go around collecting ancient relics and unlocking new outfits for the main character. It’s a fun, addictive and challenging game that any puzzle lover would love. Paid Version

8. Scribblenauts Remix

The only thing binding you is your own imagination in this epic groundbreaking puzzle game. If you can think of it, there is a high chance that you can create it as well. It is a fun game for casual players that just want to play around with the physics of the game and test out the extent of their imagination and creativity. I highly recommend this game for people who have young kids at home, the game will be a great exercise but also allow them to expand their vocabulary. Overall I cannot recommend it enough, especially at the one dollar price point. Paid Version

9. Five Nights at Freddy’s 2

Paid Version

10. Teeny Titans – Teen Titans Go!

The gameplay is kept simplistic, so anyone can simply pick it up and play. There are 77 collectible figures available to collect; that includes characters that were never in the Teen Titan team. Want to play as Alfred or Batgirl? You can do so in this game. The major gameplay mechanic is that you will actually have to go out and collect the figurines, just like Pokémon Go. I have deliberately not included Bard’s Tale and it on this list because it has been repeated on several others, including the best RPG games for Android. Feel free to chat with me in the comments below, I always love to hear fellow gamers talk passionately about the games they love. Feature Image Credits
